Laboratorio de Sonido

The Laboratorio de Sonido of the City council of Saragossa settles in the History Center. More than 300 square meters of facilities, where we find the main recording room, with a great natural reverb, for instrumental groups and stage for recording video, the vocal booth, main control room for both stereo and 5.1 mixes, a second control room for video postproduction and 5.1 mixing, an auxiliary control room to facilitate the digitalization and A/V formats interchange and a classroom equipped with A/V equipment with capacity for 50 people.

The primary target of the Laboratorio de Sonido is to give the creative young people of this city the opportunity of working in a professional environment for the appropriate development of these projects. The direct communication between both parts guarantees the quality of the final product. In addition, the result of all this work, in the long term, is the search, storage and diffusion of great part of the existing interdisciplinary artists in Saragossa with own work.

This municipal equipment combines its work of production of audio-visual works with cultural and educational activities. This way, the active participation is favored, or at least, the information of the elaboration processes of the audio-visual ones.
